Work includes, but is not limited to: replacement of all existing suspended ceiling tile; electrical work required (i.e., move electrical outlets and dedicated space electrical lines to accommodate new floor plan; movement of ceiling light panels; installation of power poles as required; installation of new heat detectors, etc.); HVAC work required (i.e., replacement of a 10 nominal tons (120,000 BTU's Hr) self-contain VAV AC system); floor work required to properly eliminate all holes and dips; repair, patch, paint walls.
