Structure consist of wood truss framed roof on wood stud bearing walls on reinforced concrete slab on grade with reinforced concrete spread footings. After the removal of waste and debris the site shall be graded so that storm water flows to the nearest storm drains and no standing water remains on site. Site will be landscaped for proper drainage and grassed.The procurement is full and open competition. All reasonable offers will be considered. All requests for the solicitation must be in writing.
