This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written request for offers will not be issued. This acquisition is being acquired on an Other than Full and Open Competition Basis pursuant to FAR 6.401(a). Delivery orders will be issued against the resultant contract and delivery is required within 15 days after receipt of order. It is anticipated that one contract will be awarded. Award will result in a firm fixed price definite quantity contract with FOB Destination pricing. Prices will be requested FOB destination to various GSA depots. Delivery to be scheduled IAW F-FSS-300, Scheduling of Deliveries to GSA depots. The solicitation document and incorporating provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-04. The maximum age on delivery is 6 months. The minimum bid acceptance period is 120 days. The Government reserves the right to award the contract to other than the low3est offer.
