UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a 5-Year Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Supply Contract for Coil Steel, Various Guages and Sizes. This will be a "Consignment" Type contract for 5 Years. Economic Price Adjustment Provisions will be applicable every twelve (12)months. The items to be procured are various guage sizes of COIL STEEL. The contract will be awarded for UNICOR's facility located in Milan, MI. UNICOR will establish minimum and maximum quantities to be stored at the contractor's location and issued as needed. This is a "ALL OR NONE" solicitation/award. The proposals will be evaluated by the following Best Value criteria: Price and Past Performance based on a consignment type contract. delivery and technical.
