99 -- INSTALL VARIOUS ARTWORK AND STATUES AT ELMENDORF AFB SOL RFQ 796-05-98 POC Mick Dubuis 812-972-7593 This is a synopsis for work to be performed at the Elmendorf AFB, in Anchorage, Alaska. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, travel expenses, and equipment necessary to install various artwork and statues at the new medical treatment facility at Elmendorf AFB. This work shall include but not be limited to: the installation of artwork, plaque and labeling, operation and maintenance narratives, documentation and other work outlined within the scope identified in the solicitation package. Successful offeror will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the installation with consideration to weather and seismic and building code specifications. Due to the logistical complexities involved with this package, interested offerors shall be located within 50 miles of the city limits of Anchorage, Alaska. Solicitation number Request For Proposal (RFP) 796-05-98 is assigned and shall be referenced on any proposals. All requests for solicitation shall be in writing. No verbal requests shall be accepted. Faxed requests will be accepted. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8999 and the small business size standard is 5 million dollars.
