The program includes the following components 1) preparation of final design and procurement documents for the upgrading of utilities and the reconstruction of the Karkafa road in Bethlehem, a road of approximately two kilometers length and twenty meters right-of-way width along the eastern side of the built up area of the City of Bethlehem, and 2) providing procurement and construction management services for the construction activities related to the upgrading of the Karkafa road in Bethlehem.
