Remove the existing steam-to-hot water heat exchanger, heat exchanger base; steam piping, hot water piping, insulation, circulation pumps, steam traps, and relevant electrical wiring and controls to the existing system. Install the pulse boilers, provide new piping, provide combination gas valves, immersion aquastats, manual reset hi-limit switches, outdoor air thermostats, indoor-outdoor controls, low water cut-off switches, diverting valves, and electronic outdoor reset step control module. Provide electrical work to connect and operate the boiler equipment. All responsible sources may submit an offer.
