The proposed procurement is for a base year of 1 July 1998 through 30 June 1999 plus four (4) one year options. The contractor shall provide fully qualified technicians to perform necessary maintenance and repairs as specified. All parts, labor, and travel shall be included in the quoted price. Service shall include two (2) preventive maintenance visits per year to include two (2) calibrations, and the contractor shall provide unlimited on-call maintenance between the hours of 0800 through 1700, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.
