A request for quotation DAAA32-98-T-0080 will be issued. The requested conversion package will consist of: Theory, Disassembly instructions, fabrication prints for any parts requiring fabrication, step by step conversion package, convert controls from pneumatic to hydraulic operation, a listing of all components that will be left intact, a bill of materials with sources and price guidelines, test procedures to comply with AR 385-100, maintenance section, troubleshooting section, and a VHS video showing conversion process.
