Seven separate Bid Schedules -- total of eight (8) re-roofing projects. 3. The proposed contract(s) is 100% set aside for small business concerns. 4. Each Bid Schedule will be awarded separately to the lowest, responsive responsible bidder. 5. The type of replacement roofing material ranges from Shake, Metal and Torch Down types. 6. Two of these structures are commercial type buildings, i.e. Administrative Office Building and a Visitor Use Center. The remainder are residential type structures. 7. Bid opening date is 6/30/98 at 3:00 P.M. local time 8. Bid packets will be available for pickup on 6/1/98. 9.
