New work also includes installation of new timber fenders system, reinstallation of existing camels, reinstallation of six and installation of three new foam fender units, demolition of approximately 11,125 square feet of concrete deck/timber pile warf structure and replacing fill and pavement, upgrading and replacement of electrical, potable water, wastewater, lighting, telephone, and cable TV shore tie utilities. Demolition of existing sewage lift station and install new package sewage lift station. There are three additive items.
