The size of the building addition will increase the area of the main building by approximately 3,680 square feet. The construction must accommodate the continued uninterruped operation of the facility with scheduled phased construction. The building addition will be a steel frame, single story, on concrete spread footings, with built-up asphalt roofing and brick siding. Work includes but is not limited to: clearing, excavation, earth fill, compaction, grading, concrete work, drainage, extension of the existing lawn sprinkler system, landscaping and associated site work, start-up and testing of the contractor furnished equipment and materials; coordination of and connection to public utilities.
