Invitation for Bid will be issued on or about 16 Jun 98. Bid Opening will be on or about 15 Jul 98. Performance period is 240 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Only written request for the solicitation will be considered.
