The work involves the renovation for Male Dormitories A and B (10,220 gross square feet) in Building A that was damaged by fire. The construction work includes repair and replacement of architectural finishes and structural, mechanical and electrical systems. The work will be performed at the Tulsa Job Corps Center, Tulsa, Oklahoma. The construction completion date is estimated to be 140 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The estimated price range is from $100,000 to $500,000. Plans and Specifications will be available on June 16, 1998 ONLY from the office of Architect/Engineer, Beck Associates, 102 N. For requests made after the supply is exhausted, the Contracting Officer may determine whether payment of a fee is warranted. The non-refundable fee shall not exceed the actual cost of duplication of the IFB document, plus COD charges. A Pre-Bid walk-through is scheduled July 7, 1998 at 1:30 p.m., local time.
