This synopsis is for the procurement of part-numbered items manufactured by Keystone Valve USA Inc. and other approved sources. The FSCs being acquired are 3120, 5305, 5307, 5310, 5315, 5330, 5340, 5360 and 5365. All NSNs are available for download under the "special download" menu item on the DSCC Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB). Dial-up access to the EBB is available from any PC with modem and communications software by dialing (614)692-6841 or -1394. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total extension shall not exceed 4 years.This is an unrestriced acquisition with a 10% preference for SDB concerns. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within Federal Supply Cless(es). 3120, 5305, 5307, 5310, 5315, 5330, 5340, 5360 and 5365. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award may be based upon a combination of price, delivery and past performance as described in this solicitation.
