of Federal Contract Compliance Programs has a requirement for the
provision of a report on the Federal contractor community in the
Chicago area pertaining to the existance of employment discrimination
against Hispanic job applicants. The period of performance will be one
year and there will not be any option periods. Offerors must submit
written requests for the solicitation and these requests must reference
the solicitation number, RFP L/A 98-26. The Government will only
consider proposals from responsible offerors that are small businesses.
The small business size standard is five million dollars and the SIC
