The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to award a nonpersonal service contract to a qualified individual or business capable of providing otolaryngology services to the inmates housed at the Fedreal Correctional Institution, 100 Prison Rd., Estill, South Carolina 29918. Services include examinations in the speciality field of Otolaryngology. Services will be provided on an as needed basis, approximately quarterly. Each session will be four hours in length and consist of the examination and possible treatment of approximately fifteen (15) patients. This solicitation is for a base year with four option years. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is June 10 1998, with an anticipated receipt of offers due by June 26, 1998.
