MODIFICATION TO SOLICITATION NO. 203148: DESC: The Network Acquisition
Service Center located at VA Medical Center, Denver, Colorado, seeks
sources for Intectious Substance Shipper STP-370 (TC-125-1A/8-22).
Saf-T-Pak STP-370 is a Packaging system which is suitable for safe,
legal transport of any Infectious Substance, on dry ice by any mode.
The package bears certification markings for national and international
shipment. Conforms to ICAO Packing Instruction 602 and 904. Conforms to
United Nations Recommendations; conforms to CFR 49; conforms to
Transport Canada TC-125-1A. Package contains one Saf-T-Pak secondary
container (pressure vessel) to accommodate your tubes and three leak
proof bags with absorbent to accommodate your cryogenic grid boxes.
