R -- PROVIDE A RESOURCE FOR HRSA TO RECRUIT PROSPECTIVE HEALTH PROFESSIONALS SOL HRSA-98-OA-E064511 DUE 061298 POC Aileen Broider-301-443-5231 The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities, One Dupont Circle NW, Suite 425, Washington, DC 20036. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to provide a resource for HRSA to recruit prospective health professionals into its workforce. The contractor shall assist HRSA with research, program development and assessment related to HRSA's mission of providing health care services to the nation's underserved populations; assist HRSA in its effort to increase employment opportunities among Hispanic Americans; and prepare various reports. The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is 10 weeks.
