The work shall consist of construction staking; clearing; excavation; removal of two culverts; furnishing and installing a 60" culvert with a flared inlet and a 30" culvert with a flared inlet, 2 pipe elbows and a full round downspout; placing riprap and erosion control netting; and seeding with mulch. Est. start date is 7/15/98 with 60 calendar days for completion. The price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
