Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to erect a nominal 48' x 90' weather tight, cold storage, pre-engineered building, with post-type wood frame construction and preformed metal siding, roofing, downspouts, and gutters at Sand Lake National Wildlife Refuge in Columbia South Dakota. Work includes to form and place concrete interior floor slab, column footings, and exterior drive up ramps. Also included are manually operated overhead doors, personnel doors, electrical distribution and lighting, carpentry, hardware, and finishes. No building insulation, heating or cooling is required. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 17, 1998. Performance period is 120 calendar days and work is scheduled for completion during this calendar year. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. There is no charge for solicitation documents.
