The performance period is 270 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 24 Jun 1998. Proposal closing will be on or about 24 Jul 198. The anticipated awarded contract will be a Price Performance Trade-Off Firm Fixed Price Contract. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
