Z -- SEWAGE LIFT STATION REPAIR @ YAKAMA INDIAN RESERVATION -- REISSUE, WHITE SWAN, WA, PROJECT #PO-95-726 SOL 102-iIFB-98-0011 DUE 071598 POC Kathy Block, Contracting Officer, 206/615-2454 Work to be performed will consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the renovation of existing lift station No. 1, including removal and replacement of two (2) submersible sewage pumps w/associated piping, replacement of the concrete wet well top slab with poured in place access cover, improvements to the existing control building including repair of the roof, installation of a 120 gallon above ground fuel tank for the back-up generator and a tune-up for the generator gasoline motor. In addition, the work includes provision of an approved temporary by-pass pumping installation to maintain service during all work. Project completion time is estimated to be 90 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. -- This project was previously issued under #102-IFB-98-0005 and will be reissued under #102-IFB-98-0011 as a 100% Small Business Set-aside.
