Renovation work consists of installing new doors; total renovation of male and female toilet facilities, locker rooms, and shower rooms, to include installation of additional shower in swimming pool area; installation of= new wall lockers, issue counter; and new concrete entry sidewalk. = Magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
