The work to be performed will consist of, but is not limited to the following major items of work and are listed for the Contractors convenience in order to determine the general scope of work involved. The furnishing of all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and supervision necessary for the replacement of windows, doors, and siding on 84 MFH Units. This will include the demolition and new construction as follows: Demolition will include removal of battens, all existing rotten plywood, siding and soffit, and salvaging of some existing brick, removal of doors, frames and temporary removal of light fixtures. New construction will consist of installation of gypsum board and wood and steel where necessary, installation of gypsum board an sheathing, new aluminum clad wood windows and steel doors.
