20 -- PHOTONICS MAST ON BOARD TRAINER POC Debra G. Mackall, Contract Specialist, SEA 0262, (703) 602-8306X625 The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to modify contract N00024-95-C-6208 with Kollmorgen Corporation, 347 King Street, Northampton, MA 01060-2390, to add a requirement to manufacture, test and deliver an On Board Trainer for the Photonics Mast System. As the prime contractor, Kollmorgen is in a unique position with regard to the design and development of this system dependent trainer. No other contractor is known to possess the special knowledge and experience to develop the trainer in accordance with the Photonics Mast Program engineering development models.
