This solicitation and incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. Quotes shall be in accordance with all requirements of this notice including those which are included by reference. This requirement consists of supplying all labor, materials, requirement and supplies and perform all operations necessary to deliver 181.5 Emulsified Asphalt, Grade CRS-2P to be delivered to Quinault Indian Reservation located in the City of Taholah, Grays Harbor County, Washington. All work shall be executed in a workmanlike manner, in acordance with the best applicable trade practices, and shall present a first-class finished appearance upon completion. The maintenance foreman will inspect and accept deliveries and tickets at destination.
