This solicitation and incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. Quotes shall be in accordance with all requirements of this notice including those which are included by reference. This requirements consists of supplying all labor, materials, equipment and supplies and perform all operations necessary to delivery 1725 Metric Ton of Surface Treatment Aggregate Designation D, Grading D, to be delivered to jobsite on the Quinault Indian Reservation in theCity of Taholah, Grays Harbor County, Washington. All work shall be executed in a workmanlike manner, in accordance with the best applicable trade practices, and shall present a first-class finished appearance upon completion. This Maintenance Foreman will inspect and accept deliveries and tickets at destination.
