It is anticipated that this will be a Firm Fixed Price Competitive, Best Value, two(2) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract (FAR 16.504) Minimum Quantity of 4,000 AN/PEQ-2A is guaranteed for initial order; 7,000 quantity is estimated in each year; Not to exceed a Maximum Quantity of 10,000 each in each year. A Minimum Quantity of 300 AN/PAQ-2A is guaranteed for initial order; This is also the estimated quantity for each year; Not to exceed a Maximum Quantity of 10,000 each in each of the two years.
