The Library of Congress has a requirement to purchase the following brand name equipment: PEC-3235-05BA 10-BTN Digital with Display 8410D01B (Black) 100 ea; PEC-3236-09BA 8434D Terminal with power supply (Black) 30 ea; PEC-3127-EXPA Sound Station EX with MIC 10 ea. All items shall be delivered within thirty days After Receipt of Order (ARO). FOB Destination: Library of Congress/Receiving, Landover Center Annex, 1701 Brightseat Road, Landover, MD 20785. The following provisions apply to this acquisition; 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial and 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items (under this clause the following clauses have been modified by the Library of Congress; 52.233-1 Disputes; 52.232-25 Prompt Payments. These clauses shall be available upon written request.) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
