Paladino (605) 347-7033 Provide Architect/Engineering services to Upgrade HVAC/Energy Management including site surveys, preliminary design, Construction Drawings/Specifications, and Construction Period Services for project 568-98-102. Anticipated scope of project will include repair and/or replacement of existing HVAC system components and extension of existing energy management systems. THIS ACQUISITION IS LIMITED TO FIRMS WITHIN A 200 MILE RADIUS OF THE DVA, FORT MEADE, SD. SPECIAL NOTE: THIS ACQUISITION IS SET-ASIDE FOR EMERGING SMALL BUSINESS UNDER SIC 8712-ARCHITECT/ENGINEERING SERVICES. An emerging small business is defined as a business whose size is no greater than 50 percent of the numerical size standard applied to the SIC code. The numerical size standard for SIC 8712 is $2.5 million. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated to be awarded.
