Anticipated scope of project will include performing a survey of medical center facilities to identify how energy is used, identify applicable energy saving technologies and conservation measures, and prepare preliminary proposals and cost estimates for future projects. THIS ACQUISITION IS LIMITED TO FIRMS WITHIN A 200 MILE RADIUS OF THE DVA, FORT MEADE, SD. SPECIAL NOTE: THIS ACQUISITION IS SET-ASIDE FOR EMERGING SMALL BUSINESS UNDER SIC 8712-ARCHITECT/ENGINEERING SERVICES. An emerging small business is defined as a business whose size is no greater than 50 percent of the numerical size standard applied to the SIC code. The numerical size standard for SIC 8712 is $2.5 million. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated to be awarded.
