McNamara Federal Building, 477 Michigan Avenue, Detroit, Michigan. Work shall be performed between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday, Federa holidays excluded. Some daytime cleaning is required, but the majority of cleaning will be accomplished after 2:00 p.m. Janitorial and related services include but are not strictly limited to trash or solid waste disposal, recycling and removal reuqirments, insect and rodent control, lawn and grounds maintenance, and snow removal. Estimated period of performance is an initial twelve month period to commence on October 1, 1998 with option requirements for four additional twelve month periods.
