This "Turn-Key" system is to include the preparation of the work site, the assembly, installation, testing of the equipment, and the training of operator and maintenance personnel. Technical data submitted shall include manuals, spare parts lists, drawings, certifications, OSHA certifications, MSDS and Material Lockout/Tagout data.
