All work shall be done in strict accordance with the contract plans and specifications. The work to be performed in connection with this project will include but not be limited to site preparation of the construction area; construction of reinforced concrete foundation and columns, wall footings, and a complete building (approximately 1200 square feet); installation of plumbing for cold/hot water; provide drainage and sanitation system; provide air conditioning and ventilation system; provide electrical, communication, and fire alarm systems; provide automatic transfer switch; provide engine-generator set; provide security vault door; construction of asphaltic-concrete driveway, roadway, and parking area; construction of a chain link fence with vehicular and personnel gates; installation of exterior electrical primary service cable, switch and transformer; test and adjust all systems; and clean-up and disposal of debris. The performance period will be 165 calendar days; 60 calendar days mobilization and 105 calendar days actual construction time. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000 to $500,000. This solicitation is unrestricted. All solicitation requests must be submitted in writing. For stateside companies, we suggest you provide a Federal Express or DHL number to expedite delivery of solicitation documents. There is a non-refundable fee for this solicitation in the amount of $70.00. Only cashiers checks and money orders are acceptable and must be made payable to U.S. Department of Treasury.
