This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Project is to furnish all materials and labor for an on site chiller repair located at Bldg 10416, Lackland AFB Texas 78236. Chiller is a Trane, 320 ton,model CVHE-032F AL 2JB2433CEZA11CEZA000. Performance period- project must be complete within 20 days of award. All work must be performed by Trane factory trained personnel. Three page Statement of Work/Need available by request.( FAX request to 210-671-5063.) Site tour is available and will be 5 Jun 98 at 0930 hrs at Lackland AFB. Provide FAX confirmation if you will attend. Closing date for quotes is 8 June 98. The provisions at FAR 52.22-41 Service Contract Act of 1965, as amended (May 89) and the U.S. Dept Of Labor wage determination number 94-2521 revision 15 (11/26/1997) are applicable to this requirement.
