The work is near live streams, so some restrictions may apply. A portion of the work is on a frequently used double lane road, so extra traffic control may be necessary. Estimated price range is between S100,000 and S250,000. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about 6/16/98. Work is estimated to begin in August 1998 and is to be completed by 10/31/99. Each bidder must submit a bid guarantee with the bid in the amount of 20 percent of the total bid price. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance security in the amount of 100 percent of the total contract price and payment bond in the amount of 50 percent of the total contract price.
