delivery schedule is 12 each 499 days after award, FOB origin to
Texarkana, Texas. This assembly contains Flight Saftey parts. Only
approved sources who have successfully completed the required
engineering test will be considered for award of this assembly. All
offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be
eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in
order to compete for this or future solicitations by submitting
documentation in accordance with the AMCOM Competition Advocate's
Shopping List (CASL) procedures. The proposed contract action is for
supplies for which the Government does not own specifications or
drawings. Acquisition is restricted to the only approved source,
AlliedSignal Inc., AlliedSignal Engines, 111 S. 34th Street, Phoenix,
AZ 85072-2181. Authority and justification is FAR 6.302-1. All
responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which shall be
