The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Philadelphia intends to acquire, on a 100% Small Business set-aside basis, rental and maintenance of washers and dryers at the the Naval Training Center Great Lakes, IL. The Period of Performance is 1 October 1998 through 30 September 1999 plus three (3) one year option periods. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. The contractor will be required to provide on a rental basis and maintain approximately 592 washers and 601 dryers during the period of performance. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification is 7359 and the size standard is $5 million. The solicitation will require the submission of past performance and price proposals.
