This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). 1. One each -- 3/4" Metalscan ODM with hardware and electric control box, cables, standard software and manual -- model number 221111-2102-201110-2311. 2. One each -- 3/8" Metalscan ODM with hardware and electric control box, cables, standard software and manual -- model number 220111-2102-201110-2311. The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 97-3. The SIC code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 3825 and 500, respectively. The quoter shall state in their quotation their size status for this procurement. Delivery to LeRC is required within 6 weeks ARO. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. Quoters shall provide the information required by FAR 52.212-1. If the end product(s) quoted is other than domestic end product(s) as defined in the clause entitled "Buy American Act — Supplies," the quoter shall so state and shall list the country of origin.
