The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) anticipates issuance of a competitive solicitation (two-step sealed bidding) for paging service for DOE Headquarters personnel in the Washington DC metro area. Service must be nationwide. Both numeric and alphanumeric service is required, with nominal hardware replacement provisions (leasing arrangement). The contract is projected as multi-year and DOE anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The initial step will be qualification by Live Test Demonstration at selected locations; step two will be competition among qualified bidders on price only.
