The Operational Contracting Office is seeking sources for refurbishing services at Building 1630 of Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, which is scheduled to be performed within 90 days of award of the contract. This announcement provides for necessary market research under FAR Part 12.202 prior to issuance of a commercial services solicitation which will be announced at a later date. Work to consist of: 1) Office layout and documentation; 2) Refabric, spray paint and repair broken parts on 1700 "Haworth" type panels; 3) Reinstall 242 workstations and electrical supply to each; 4) Install 12 high wall offices; 5) Coordinate with, but not include, other remodeling work.
