The Presidio Trust (Trust) has identified a requirement to solicit statements of qualifications from firms capable of developing a web site for the Trust. The Presidio Trust is a wholly-owned Federal Government corporation established by Congress to manage approximately 80% of the land within the Presidio of San Francisco. The work of this contract shall include design, construction, and maintenance of a web site for the Trust. The significant evaluation factors, all of equal importance, are: (a) demonstrated ability to provide the services outlined in the Scope of Service to the Solicitation; (b) Quality and relevance of website samples; (c) understanding of Presidio Trust needs; (d) affirmative hiring and contracting practices; and (e) billing rates and fee structure. The expected contract term is 1 base year with 4 1-year option periods exercisable at the sole discretion of the Trust. The solicitation will be issued o/a June 11, 1998.
