R -- LOGISTICAL SUPPORT FOR THE HEALTH RESOURCES AND SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (HRSA) SOL HRSA 250-OA-15(8) DUE 072098 POC Contracting Officer, Lorah Tidwell (301) 443-5128 The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals to provide conference and meeting planning/management services. This will include responsibility for all logisitical arrangements involved in planning and implementing a conference/meeting, establishment of conference/meeting agenda, development of a summary of the conference proceedings or meeting minutes, and evaluation of the conference/meeting effectiveness in reaching its intended goals/purpose. This contract will be used as a means of providing agency wide service to the HRSA in an effort to help HRSA Bureaus achieve their individual agency missions in a timely manner. This procurement will provide all necessary logisitical support, to include pre and post conference services, travel, speakers, consultants and material development. This proposed contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one (1) base year and four (4) option years. This requirement is being advertised as a competitive 8(a) acquisition. Offers from concerns other than certified 8(a) sources will not be considered. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this requirement is 8741. All responsible 8(a) sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency.
