LEASING OF RESIDENCES WITHIN THE FORT MASON HISTORICAL DISTRICT The National Park Service, Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA), is offering for lease residential Quarters 2, 3 7E, 7W, 41, 42, 43, 44, 46, 47, 48 49, 50E, and 50W ("Quarters"), at Fort Mason, San Francisco, California. One-year leases at fair market value are being offered for residential use only. Quarters are being offered by sealed bid pursuant to the procedures set forth in 36 CFR subsection 18.6. Bids are due at GGNRA Headquarters, Buildinbg 201, Fort Mason, San Francisco, CA 94123, no later than 4:00 P. M., Wednesday Auust 5, 1998, and must be submitted on the Bid Form provided by the GGNRA and pursuant to the instructions set forth therein. A copy of the Bid Form can be obtained by calling 415-561-4490, or writing "GGNRA, NPS/FORT MASON RENTALS/Building 201, Fort Mason, San Francisco, CA 94123." Highest bidders will be notified within three (3) days of the bid deadline, and will be required to immediately thereafter sign lease documents. Occupancy is expected by September 1, 1998. An open house for inspection of the Quarters will be conducted from 9:00 A.M. to 12 Noon, on Saturday, August 1, 1998.
