D -- GENERAL I.T. SUPPORT SERVICE This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue a modification under existing contract F08602-95-DC001 to Science Applications International Corporation for additional I.T. support service under the single award IDIQ contract. This notice of intent is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for proposals. Support shall be provided from the effective date of the modification through 30 Sep 98. This is an intended sole source action due to unanticipated increases in the tempo of work during this fiscal year. A determination not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Numbered Note 22.
