The work includes integrity testing of Bulk Underground Storage Tanks (BUST) with associated piping tightness tests and written reports. This contract requires two distinct tests. First integrity testing of large BUST and associated piping tests. Second, hydrostatic pipeline testing in accordance with the California Pipeline Safety Act and as modified herein. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, engineering and transportation necessary to conduct BUST integrity test with associated piping tightness tests, submittal of certified written reports of test results as required by the State of California for various tank locations and conduct Hydrostatic Pipeline Testing in accordance with the State of California, Title 5, Chapter 5.5, California Pipeline Safety Act of 1981, Part 195 of Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations and as modified herein and incidental related work. This is a firm fixed price contract. The periods of performance if for a base period and four option periods that may consist of 1 to 12 months per period.
