The Officer in Charge requires all labor, management, tools, materials and equipment necessary to provide routine and cyclical maintenance and minor repairs of facilities; both recurring and nonrecurring maintenance and repairs support of commissary occupied real property including but not limited to the following: buildings, structures, furnaces, air-conditioning and chillers, walk-in freezers, equipment in place, washers, dryers, compressors, kitchen equipment, drains, plumbing, pipe-fitting, interior lighting, interior electrical distribution, floors, walls, ceiling, closets, cabinets, doors, tile, windows, indoor-outdoor signs, plastering, sheet metal components, supply-booster fans, fan-coil units and temperature or energy management controls. Work to be accomplished by means of a combination Firm Fixed Price/ Indefinite Quantity type contract. The contract term is for a period of one (1) year. the Government shall have the option to extend the term of the contract services for additional periods of one to twelve months. The total contract term, including exercise of any options, shall not exceed 60 months. Plans and specifications will be made available on or about 17 July 1998.
