Evonick (360)476-7265 Annual requirement for the rental of 4 each 20,000 lb. net capacity industrial forklifts with 212 inch of lift, diesel powered with pneumatic tires, padeyes for lifting unit into and out of dry-docks, 2 or 3 stage mast, 65 inch maximum width, 94 inch maximum carriage, 96 inch pallet type forks, hand or foot parking brake, 148 inch (outside) maximum turning radius, brake lights, front and rear drive lights and worklights, and the following dash instruments: battery discharge, oil pressure, fuel gauge, water temperature and engine hour meter. Contractor shall provide on-site preventive and remedial maintenance, with a response time of eight hours after notification. Delivery/performance: FOB Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA. Maintenance to be performed within the controlled industrial area. Contractor must obtain required badges for access into the controlled industrial area.
