The work includes demolition, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical. The estimated range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The solicitation will be issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small businesses participation. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses.
